Job ID: 2865212 | Amazon.com Services LLC The AGI information team is responsible to make the world's information accessible for AI models and customers everywhere. The Information Experience Technology (IXT) org within Info is responsible for defining and delivering engaging, natural conversational and proactive experiences, with easy-to-understand and content rich information that is relevant to every customer and optimized for every modality.

As a front-end engineer in the team, you will get to collaborate with product managers, UX designers, senior and peer-level software engineers across a large cross-section of AGI (including the Information and Gen AI teams) and Information technical stack, to bring to life cutting edge AGI experiences. This role provides you with autonomy and ownership on decisions, working backwards directly from customers. There is ample opportunity for growth due to the high visibility work, and presence of senior engineering talent for guidance and mentorship. You will leverage technical skills like front-end development, and end-to-end system design with resiliency.

Key job responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to build cutting-edge experiences. Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems. Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
