YOUR ROLE

As a Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Expert, you'll be at the forefront of data integration solutions, ensuring seamless project coordination, meticulous documentation, and innovative solution design to guarantee flawless execution and delivery of customer integration projects. Your day-to-day will include validating EDI specifications and requirements, crafting logical mappings, scheduling programming slots, preparing systems, conducting thorough testing, and providing the all-important go-live sign-off. But that's not all! You'll also be a key collaborator, working with diverse teams and sharing your expertise to drive success across the board.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Customer Integration Team on Data Integration Solutions and Integration Solution Design focusing on 3rd Party Integrations Execute Data Integration projects according to Customer Integration project process and way-of working (new projects, CRs and internal migration) Project execution tasks include validation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) specifications and requirements, logical mapping, request programming slot, system preparation, testing, provide go live sign-off Oversee ongoing operations and provide support post go-live. Document the interface support for handover to Kuehne-Nagel Global Services team and store for future support effort Document project progress, support requests and invested efforts via Jira and Jira Service Desk Provide solution support of implemented integrations, coordinate, where necessary, with Kuehne-Nagel Global Services team Report to Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Manager YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or equivalent 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing and managing integration solutions, utilizing EDI, APIs and/or other technologies to optimize communication and streamline the supply chain process 3+ years of experience in Project Management

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
