Overview

The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing the configuration and administration of multiple platforms that support key talent programs, including performance management, talent review, employee engagement, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role collaborates closely with stakeholders across the HR Division to ensure effective systems administration, configuration, and reporting. The Analyst will provide regular data analysis and generate reports with actionable insights to inform and enable strategic HR decisions.

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day administration of Patelco's integrated talent management platform including, but not limited to, performance management, learning management, recognition, recruiting and external platforms, such as engagement survey platform. Performs configuration, security access, and routine maintenance on the talent management platforms. Includes system support and enablement for one or more following talent programs. Collaborates with HR partners to continuously improve user experience and system value add. Maintains data integrity in human resources systems for accuracy of reporting, performing database auditing as needed. Analyzes complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-drive decision-making, e.g., exit survey. Partners with HRIS to provide monthly HR data reporting and insights Leads or participates in talent management platform (system) change, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives. Supports rollouts or integrations by playing BA, PM, Tester, or documenter role. Builds and enhances talent management data analytics and reporting workflows. Liaises and maintains relationships with vendors as needed and follow up on projects. Collaborates with various stakeholders in delivering system, process, or data consultations or solutions to talent challenges. Stay abreast of vendor roadmap, industry landscape, and participate in customer community. Maintains the employee database in Ultipro HRIS: enters new hire information, compensation adjustments, records transfers and status changes, and processes various benefit-related changes Troubleshoots and escalates issues to external vendors and follow tickets through resolution. Works on problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis of best alternatives. Partner with HR Operations to ensure complete integrated solution to include data transfer and processing between talent management, talent acquisition and HRIS platforms. Ensures complete confidentiality of employee information. Produces regular and/or ad hoc reports as required Performs other duties as assigned Functional Competencies

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required in Human Resources or other related business degrees or equivalent experience 5+ years current experience in HR, Learning Management, Talent Management or workforce systems administration and configuration Experience with workforce data reporting, metrics, and analytics, including data integrity and data management Experience with cloud-based BI solutions and data warehousing is preferred. Experience designing and developing survey tools to capture employee engagement trends Knowledge of and experience in system analysis and new system development practices HRIS Systems experience required; HRIS implementation experience preferred Expert with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Physical Activities/Requirements

This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangements. This position is located in Dublin HQ Prolonged periods of time sitting, typing and looking at screen Target Base Pay

$86,753 - $108,439/year
