Responsibilities:
The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Government project and perform the following duties:
Review the current strategic plan and progress Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan Identify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metrics Create and provide leadership with recommendations regarding the new Strategic Plan Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's) Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices Develop leadership, strategy, succession, and organizational change management training; facilitate working groups Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures Convert data and information into strategies to align with the initiatives for leadership to develop the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to develop their action plans Establish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the success of consulting and other activities Work remotely An ideal candidate has the following:
U.S. Citizenship Education: Master's Degree A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
