Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and industry events. Identify and capitalize on emerging growth channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth, incorporating AI-driven insights for maximum impact. Oversee digital media strategy and budget allocation to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement, aligning with overall business objectives. Manage relationships with media agencies and channel partners such as Google, LinkedIn, and others to optimize campaign performance. Create high-quality, audience-specific content (e.g., product videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) that effectively communicates the product's value proposition, utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, personalization, and efficiency. Support product launch marketing activities and manage release communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a demonstrable track record of achieving measurable results. Strong understanding and practical experience with AI marketing tools and technologies for content creation, SEO optimization, and campaign personalization. Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Google, Adobe, HubSpot, WordPress) to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and guide optimization efforts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
