LOCATION:
Greater Los Angeles (on-site 5 days/week in Century City or El Segundo) COMPENSATION:
Up to $120K + 20% annual target bonus

Position Summary The Applications Administrator will be responsible for the
day-to-day management, user training, and systems administration
of
RealInsight, Dealpath , and other real estate debt and equity systems. This position plays a key role in
maintaining and enhancing platform functionality
through effective system administration, training, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
user training and support
for Dealpath, RealInsight, and other relevant real estate platforms. Perform
systems administration tasks , including user management, permissions, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
platform stability and data accuracy . Develop and maintain
training materials and user documentation
to enhance end-user adoption. Support the VP in managing
system upgrades, patches, and configurations . Ensure data integrity and smooth
system integration with other internal tools . Assist in
system testing and rollout
of new features or platform enhancements.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
real estate technology systems administration . Experience with
RealInsight, Dealpath , or similar real estate debt and equity platforms preferred. Strong understanding of
systems administration tasks , including
user management
and
data troubleshooting . Experience developing
user training programs and documentation . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment . Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across
multiple teams and stakeholders .
