The VP of Two-Way Satellite Communications will run the entire Bivy product line and team. This will entail the identification and pursuance of new business opportunities within the two-way satellite communications market area. The ideal individual will leverage his/her technical expertise to understand client needs, build strategic partnerships, and develop tailored solutions that align with the company’s capabilities. This position will require a deep understanding of the market, product features, and technical complexities to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential clients. Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise the entire team responsible for all aspects of the success of the Bivy product line, including: Engineering Quality and Test Sales Marketing Customer Support Effectively manage the team to include goal setting; employee development; directing resources; scheduling and timekeeping; training; motivation; performance reviews, and counseling Be a member of the Global Leadership Team Duties/Responsibilities

Administration, to include: P&L for Bivy products and services Monthly and annual budgets, financial reports, and management reviews Supervision of Bivy team Sales and Marketing, to include: Manage key accounts and develop new Global customers Identify potential market segments and trends to identify new business opportunities Understand the technical intricacies of the products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and tailor solutions Direct sales and marketing team members to drive sales and reach revenue targets, including eComm sales Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients, including technical stakeholders Proactively source and qualify leads through networking, events, and market research Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, explaining the value proposition and addressing technical concerns Manage customer integrations through Bivy SDK and API Disrupt threats to the product line and navigate to new markets Product Design, Development, and Management, to include: Direct the engineering and Quality teams Establishing product vision and roadmap, including app features, cloud services, hardware, and firmware Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet clients’ requirements Test, adapt, and adjust products for performance and better customer experience Oversee live services managed by the engineering team Customer Support, to include: Manage the customer support team and define priorities for fixes and features for the Engineering team Resolve any escalated issues, if necessary Provide ongoing technical support to client’s post-sale to maintain customer satisfaction Performs other similar related duties as necessary or assigned. Proven ability to drive a product through concept, design, development, and completion Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to have a technical discussion regarding the integration of an API and/or SDK Ability to analyze market trends, understand financial implications and develop business plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time Knowledge, Education, and Experience

Working knowledge of hardware and software technology of wireless communications is required. Knowledge of satellite communications is a plus. Understanding of Radio Frequency concepts is required Experience working with enterprise or lone-worker organizations is a plus 4-5 years in Technical Business Development required Management experience required Knowledge of software programs is a plus; PowerBI, Trello, Begin, any CRM tool Experience in P&L responsibility is required ACR offers the following benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision, which ACR pays a portion of.
