Certification Details ARRT (CT) Certification BLS Job Details COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures). Traveler will wear a mask at all times while on site if approved by health system. At least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to Trio/profile. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years current CT experience ARRT (CT) Certification - REQUIRED Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred Must have completed formal JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology Program. Ability to function independently and proficiently in a high stress, work intensive environment. Current MA license, ARRT, BLS, covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form. Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs Call-Back, OT, Holiday Multipliers: 1.25% Call: 4/hour. Additional Details Profiles will not be presented without specific interview dates/times of availability.
