Insight Globals client in the Human Capital Management Software industry is searching for a Remote Customer Advocacy Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a 3-Month Contract opportunity. This individual will be working with the Customer Advocacy team and focused on administrative tasks to support the coordination of an internal program focused on outreach to top customer accounts to gain approval from customers to use their logo in lists of current customers to bolster current and prospective customer opportunities. Additional responsibilities are as follows: Tracking & management of logo approvals & sourcing of company logos prior to outreach Interfacing with marketing team, sales, and customer success to align on top accounts & targets and ensure collaborative execution of outreach Building out excel sheet to manage & track the outreach to top customer accounts Direct communication with internal stakeholders as well as with senior and executive-level customer contacts to request logo usage and approval Administrative support for the Customer Advocacy team focused on the planning & execution of a customer-facing company event in Las VegasWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Proven experience in a customer advocacy role Professional experience in the HCM/HRIS/SaaS IndustriesBachelor's Degree (B. A.) in Communications or Customer Marketing related field Minimum of five years business experience working directly with senior/executive customers in a marketing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
