POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is transitioning systems in-house and making incremental modifications to streamline operational procedures. We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to assist with this transition, focusing on the CMS platform for internal use. The role will involve migration, configuration, and ongoing tweaks during Phase 1, with potential for continued work into Phase 2.

- Proven expertise in WordPress DNS and PHP configuration.
- Ability to handle complex system setups and migrations.
- Comfortable working with minimal design requirements and front-end tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team
Phase 1 (Short-Term):
- Timeframe: 2-3 months.
- Tasks:
- Migration & transition, including potential DNS changes.
- Keeping infrastructure intact as much as possible while configuring the platform for internal users.
- Setup of systems and platform ownership for internal teams.
- Usage: The platform will be used for communications CMS and cohort engagement (domain modeling and group-based content journeys).
- Adjustments and tweaks may be required throughout the implementation.
- Transition to a direct-to-end-user content repository.
- Possible gap between Phase 1 and Phase 2.
- Ongoing ownership of the platform for internal teams.
- Backend Technologies: Ruby & PHP
- Platform Expertise:
- Advanced WordPress skills required (WordPress guru).
- Experience with DNS configuration, A-records, and lower-level DNS setup.
- WordPress DNS PHP experience essential.
- No design or front-end skills are required for this role.
- Strong ability to configure and take full ownership of the platform internally.
- Senior-level experience; one strong developer needed who can manage the entire process.
