Treasury Analyst

Positions Summary:
Responsible for handling corporate and fuel card requests, expense reporting activities, payment processing and bank administration under the supervision of the Treasury Manager. Assisting in daily, monthly and quarterly activities of the Treasury department, and serves as support to the Treasury Manager and Director of Treasury.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Serves as primary point of contact for corporate and fuel card programs; process requests relating to new cards, credit limits and authorization profiles, and assist cardholders experiencing issues.
• Responsible for onboarding of new Concur users, assist existing users with expense reports, and assist in Treasury's review process of expense reports.
• Responsible for drafting payments via ACH and wire, documenting and providing payment support, and decisioning payment exceptions.
• Provide support for internal/external treasury requests such as, stop payments, check images, transaction research, payment confirmation, etc.
• Responsible for documenting and depositing checks received in-office.
• Process bank administration requests relating to access and entitlements.
• Complete monthly close tasks such as, downloading bank account and corporate card statements, wire reports, and quarterly user access reports.
• Provide support for audit and field test requests.
• Provide back-up coverage as needed for treasury management activities.
• Assist Treasury Manager and Director of Treasury, as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
• High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of Treasury experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong work ethic, emphasis on taking an initiative and attention to details.
• Team orientation: willingness to help team meet goals and responsibilities.
• Must work independently and as member of team.
• Sensitive to confidential information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Able to read, speak and write English.
• Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions.
• Sitting - at desk or computer station, standing, walking, speaking, hearing - frequent.
• Bending/Stooping, twisting, lifting - occasional.
• Gripping, reaching, writing, fingering (data entry), handling (paper, files, etc) - frequent.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
• Fine Motor Skills - typing, 10-key, ability to write for extended periods of time.
• Communication - phone communication, communication with personnel and vendors.
• Seeing - able to see the computer screen.
• Climbing - able to go up and down stairs.
• Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise directed by supervisor.
