Job Description:
The HR Business Partner will report to OneOncology's HR Director. This position will work closely with the HR leadership team to deploy HR strategies and initiatives in support of the organization's goals. The HRBP will provide daily, strategic HR guidance, including but not limited to policy implementation, performance evaluation management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with leaders, develop a solid understanding of the business.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team and other cross functional team members on issue resolution and project completion.
- Build credibility and trust by resolving employee relations issues through reliable and prompt resolution, clear documentation and follow-through.
- Provide support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating employee relations and performance issues, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Answer routine questions regarding benefits, pay, and other items related to the employee experience.
- Communicate policy, benefit, and compliance information to team members to ensure understanding.
- Identify training needs for individuals and teams.
- Administer leaves of absence including FMLA; manage ADA accommodation process.
- Work closely with employees and managers to build morale, improve working relationships, and increase retention and productivity.
- Assist in administering employee engagement initiatives such as lifecycle surveys, action planning and reporting. Support and enhance the employee experience including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of HR experience.
- Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- Must be located in Nashville, TN.
