Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives. Be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovative Development: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge applications while adhering to industry best practices. Own the entire software development lifecycle, showcasing your expertise in C#, .Net, and backend development (SQL, NoSQL).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion coding standards to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Tech Savvy: Stay ahead in the dynamic world of software development by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions to keep our projects at the forefront of the industry.
- Effective Communication: Engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients through clear and regular communication. Provide updates on project progress, address challenges, and present effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 - 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, web architecture, and protocols (REST, SOAP, API design).
- Proficiency in backend development (SQL, NoSQL) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular.js, Ember.js, or React).
- Bonus: Experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
