As Marketing Coordinator, this individual will provide input for and implement marketing strategies while monitoring trends that indicate the need for new products and services. This valued team member will work closely with senior leadership and be responsible for all marketing activities, encompassing web, social, print, tradeshow & seminars, promotional merchandising, internal communications, and community engagement.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide input to and execute marketing strategies that align with company goalsSupport sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials (print and digital)Design, order, and organize company promotional merchandisePlan promotional and awareness campaigns (internally and externally)Develop, distribute, and manage all online and print materials and campaignsManage website, social media, email campaigns, and coordinate timely responsesMonitor, track, and document marketing resultsManage and coordinate tradeshows and seminars and provide support to sales teamRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field3-5 years of previous management experience in marketing, communications, sales or related fieldsProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Demonstrated proficiency in professional social media account management and promotionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and promotional channelsStrong leadership, deadline-oriented planning, and execution skillsAbility to manage numerous concurrent projectsDigital design and content development skills preferred, including proficiency in CanvaAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
