Job Description
Reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and The Podiatry Company (TPC).  Duties include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Tasks

  • Handling correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) on behalf of the ED as advised.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
Meeting Coordination

  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas.
  • Ensuring meeting materials are organized and distributed beforehand.
  • Liaising with attendees and stakeholders to confirm schedules.
Travel Management

  • Booking hotels, meals, and transportation for BOD or Exam Committee members.
  • Handling last-minute changes to travel plans.
Communication

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming requests.
Project Assistance

  • Assisting with planning and executing projects, including as directed by BOD or TPC.
  • Researching and compiling information for decision-making.
Office Management

  • Ensuring office supplies and resources are stocked.
  • Maintaining records of expenses and payments, available to ED at all times.
  • Paying invoices and scheduling regular payments. 
  • Assisting with coordinating team efforts.
Personal Assistance

  • Very limited as needed by ED, especially with travel. 
  • Assisting with events, including planning and logistics.
*pay is negotiable, based on experience
