Salary: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Location: Nampa
Schedule: Flexible schedule, M-F, occasional nights, and weekends

Description
The Personal/Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of personal and administrative tasks with precision and care. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on personal assistance, such as household management, travel, errands, and event planning, while 25% will support business-related activities, including scheduling, email and other communication, in addition to other special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Support (75%)
- Errands & Shopping: Handle grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickups, gift purchases, and other errands.
- Household Management: Coordinate household services, such as cleaners, landscapers, and maintenance appointments.
- Scheduling: Manage personal calendars, including appointments, social events, and travel plans.
- Event Planning: Organize personal gatherings, holiday celebrations, and other outings.
- Travel Assistance: Research and book personal travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
Executive Support (25%)
- Manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation for meetings.
- Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain contact lists.
- Assist with special projects, including research and project management.
- Plan and coordinate company events, offsite meetings, and team activities.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant and/or supporting an executive team; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Discreet, adaptable, proactive, and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
Education
- High school or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
