A growing medical device manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding and microelectronics is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join their team.


This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where employee input is valued, respected and encouraged!


The position is onsite (Monday-Friday) and may require overtime (as needed).

  • Machine Setup and Operation: Set up, program, and operate a variety of machines, including automated equipment. Learn start-up and shut-down procedures for automated systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Apply root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
  • Process Adherence: Follow and adhere to validated manufacturing processes and standards.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work alongside engineers to perform complex mechanical and electronic tasks.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Comply with ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS) standards, maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring equipment safety and keeping production areas clear of debris.


The ideal candidate will have the experience below:

  • Background in plastic manufacturing or plastic injection molding is required
  • Experience setting up plastic injection molding machines is required (Toshiba, Cincinnati, Sodic, Engle, Toyos)
  • Experience working with plastic materials (polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarb, silicone, santoprene etc.)
  • At least 4 years of experience working in high-volume medical device manufacturing.
