Tru by Hilton in Lehi, UT, is seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team in delivering outstanding cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

In this key position, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include organizing cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to team members, and conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with our rigorous cleanliness standards. You will collaborate closely with the front desk team to guarantee that all rooms are accurately listed for occupancy and confirm that departing guests have vacated their rooms on time.

As the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, fostering a positive workplace culture that emphasizes recognition and teamwork.
