The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing internal communications strategies that engage employees and align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills and a creative approach to storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications plans and strategies aligned with strategic priorities
- Manage and maintain intranet platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Create, project manage, and execute content calendars to ensure timely delivery of key messages.
- Produce social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Glassdoor to enhance employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
- Utilize Adobe suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition) for content creation and design.
- Provide copy editing and editorial review for internal stories, articles, and communications materials.
- Craft compelling narratives that connect employees to the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Design presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal initiatives and change management efforts.
- Develop crisis communications plans and materials, ensuring timely and effective messaging during emergencies or organizational changes.
- Manage internal communications data, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement projects based on data insights.

TRAVEL

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in internal or employee communications roles within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in managing intranet platforms.
- Experience creating and managing content calendars, with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity and light to medium use of Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Strong copy editing and editorial skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a passion for developing engaging internal communications content.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and impactful communications and presentations.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build strategic relationships across the organization.
- Experience in crisis communications and change management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and efficiently to tasks in a dynamic environment.
