Perform all functions necessary to produce precast product efficiently and safely as part of a team. Work with various different employees in a team environment to accomplish required tasks.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
- Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Assisting during the concrete pouring process.
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Setup and preparation of concrete forms
- Pour and finish concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Assist in the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcement
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures
- Work near moving machinery and equipment
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
- Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day.
- Required to wear a hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses while working in our plant and/or in the yard.
- Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays.

Qualifications
