Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Offer medication reminders and help with light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise routines
- Provide companionship and offer emotional support to clients
- Record and report changes in client health and well-being to supervisors
- Prior caregiver experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic are essential
- Ability to follow specific care plans and instructions
- Must pass a criminal background check
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
