Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Austin, TX. In this hybrid role, your primary objective will be to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and own the critical marketing-to-sales handoff process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare automation or healthcare technology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and qualify healthcare MQLs through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and support sales teams in building a strong pipeline of healthcare clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot and/or Salesforce).
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead qualification goals and KPIs.
  • Research healthcare target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, challenges, competitive landscapes, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or BDR role.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, automation, or healthcare sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
