Pega is the low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation. At Pega, as a Scrum Master, you’ll have to coach the development teams, helping the teams to be more efficient and fostering an innovative & collaborative environment.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Facilitating Scrum events: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the various Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. They ensure that these events are conducted effectively and help the team stay focused.

​Coaching the team: The Scrum Master acts as a coach for the Scrum Team, helping them understand and implement Scrum practices and principles. They guide the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.

​Removing impediments: The Scrum Master is responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that are hindering the progress of the Scrum Team. This could involve resolving conflicts, addressing external dependencies, or any other obstacles that are preventing the team from achieving their goals.

​Promoting collaboration: The Scrum Master fosters collaboration and communication within the team and with other stakeholders. They facilitate effective communication channels and ensure that everyone is aligned towards the common goal.

Monitoring progress: The Scrum Master monitors the progress of the team during the Sprint and helps them stay on track towards achieving the Sprint goals. They also track and report on key metrics to help the team improve their performance.

What You've Accomplished:

History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering complex software projects & programs.

​Experience using a variety of different Agile scaling models frameworks for both co-located and distributed teams.

Experience in coaching teams, product owners, and leadership.

​Proven ability to adopt new agile techniques and enable teams to deliver faster.

​3-5 years combined experience in development, business analysis, project management, testing, architecture, or technical documentation.

​​Working knowledge of all software lifecycle development disciplines – Project Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.​​
