Concept Plus is seeking a Telecommunications Manager for a Federal project
Primary Responsibilities: The Telecommunications Manager will lead a small team to operate, maintain, and enhance a secure network infrastructure for all client locations including Local Area Networks (LANs) and an enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN). Specifically, lead a team to perform the following functions:
Infrastructure Installations Network operations inclusive of WAN and LAN for all Government project locations Physical security design, installation and maintenance, inclusive of video surveillance and physical access control.
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 years' IT operations management experience Seven (7) years' experience managing IT professionals Demonstrated experience to make strategic and tactical decisions that support current state network operations and future network service enhancements Minimum 7 years' experience designing/maintaining enterprise LANs/WAN Minimum 7 years' experience supporting Windows Server production environment Minimum 7 years' experience managing production Storage Area Network Minimum 7 years' experience Project Management Experience with Federal Telecommunications services contracts Minimum 5 years' experience with telecommunications infrastructure components and operation - Layer 1 through Layer 3 Minimum 5 years' experience with centralized computing infrastructure, specifically Citrix XenApp, Windows Server, VMWare, MS Active Directory, Exchange and scripting Minimum 5 years' experience with Voice-Over-IP technologies including voice gateways, gatekeepers, Unified Communications Manager, Unity/Unified messaging. Minimum 3 years' experience managing IP based physical security projects. PMP, CCIE or CCNP/CCVP/CCDA, MCSE certifications preferred
