This is a unique opportunity for chefs looking to expand their careers while enjoying a fast-paced, high-end environment catering to an ultra-high net worth clientele. Youll work alongside a world-class team, helping to execute intricate dishes across various cuisines with an emphasis on quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, drawing on your experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes, whether for small-scale private events or larger club functions. Maintain a clean and efficient workstation while upholding hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Flexibility to shift between different styles, from high-end tasting menus to refined comfort dishes. Requirements: Michelin-starred kitchen experience (1-3 star restaurants). Strong understanding of European cuisines, especially Mediterranean or French techniques. Passionate about creating impeccable dishes and maintaining consistent standards. Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
