Job Summary PTR Global is seeking a seasoned and creative-savvy Client Partner to drive business development initiatives focused on marketing and creative departments within enterprise-level clients. This role emphasizes relationship-building and account growth with leaders and teams engaged in high-impact creative projects. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the advertising or creative staffing industry and have a strong understanding of the unique talent requirements within creative services. Responsibilities Build and expand relationships within marketing and creative departments, positioning PTR Global as a preferred partner for creative and marketing talent solutions. Strategically identify and cultivate new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers across creative functions. Execute targeted outreach strategies, such as networking and relationship-building activities, to introduce PTR Globals offerings within creative-focused teams. Develop customized proposals and talent solutions that address specific needs and objectives within creative and marketing teams. Lead the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. Provide industry insights and recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor on creative staffing needs. Proactively manage client relationships through regular communication, feedback sessions, and continuous service improvement. Track and analyze industry trends within creative sectors to identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development within the advertising, creative, or staffing industries. Strong understanding of creative services, with experience working in or with ad agencies, creative staffing, or marketing firms. Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust. Proficient in managing the end-to-end sales process, from outreach to contract negotiations. Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to create impactful presentations.
