Location: Redwood City or San Francisco Bay Area California Rezolute is a late-stage rare disease company focused on significantly improving outcomes for individuals with hypoglycemia caused by hyperinsulinism (HI). Our antibody therapy, RZ358 (ersodetug), is designed to treat all forms of HI and has shown substantial benefit in clinical trials and real-world use for the treatment of congenital hyperinsulinism (cHI) and tumor hyperinsulinism (tHI). The IT Technical Support Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to end-users within an organization and for providing administrative support to Office 365 and system admin support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing guidance on technology-related inquiries, and ensuring that IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes administrator support for Microsoft Office 365 and other systems and program platforms to enable the success of stakeholders across the business Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and user support for computer hardware and software Resolve issues for internal users via phone, in person, or electronically Perform software installations, configurations, and updates Automate the computer installation process according to company specifications Provide user training on various systems and mobile applications Log, track, and follow up with internal customers to ensure solutions and satisfaction Technical Support, Incident Management, System Maintenance Perform day-to-day support activities providing system admin support as per approved procedures. Provide support of managed services to ensure that application configuration meets business requirements Qualifications: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, a Bachelors degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. A minimum of at least 3 years of previous experience in a help desk or IT technical support role is required Knowledge of common software applications and network troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office 365 Proficient with Active Directory, Exchange Administration with respect to adding new users, removing users and modifying permissions for existing users Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Proficiency with writing documentation for end-users and peers. Certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are advantageous. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Rezolute (RZLT) currently anticipates the base salary for the IT Technical Support Analyst role could range from $85,000 to $110,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidates geographical location and their qualifications for the role, including education and experience. This position will also be eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan (depending, in part, on company and individual performance and at the Companys discretion on an individual basis). The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on current market survey data and the qualifications, education, experience and geographical location of the selected candidate.
