AlliedTravelCareers is working with CompHealth to find a qualified Pharmacist in Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 About The Position We are looking for an experienced Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to serve our ambulatory patients as a part of our Health System's Physicians Group under collaborative practice agreements while collaborating on an interdisciplinary team. Plenty of professional growth opportunities here within a 'putting people first' culture. Expect some anticoagulation, diabetes patients, along with a wide variety of other CDTM cases. Precepting of pharmacy students and residents will also be available. All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelors in Pharmacy and hold either a PGY1 Ambulatory Residency or 2 years equivalent recent or current clinic-based pharmacist experience.
