We are looking for skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our team. As a Welder, you will be performing flat MIG and Flux Core welding primarily in the flat position. You will also be required to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and occasionally lift up to 75lbs. Fabricators will be responsible for fitting large and small pieces of iron or steel together, grinding out welds or other imperfections, and using tape measures and speed squares. Both positions require flexibility to help in other areas of the shop and to work outdoors when needed.
Responsibilities- Perform flat MIG and Flux Core welding primarily in the flat position.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Load and unload parts.
- Lift up to 75lbs when necessary.
- Assist in other areas of the shop as needed.
- Dress appropriately for outdoor work when required.
- Fit large/small pieces of iron or steel together.
- Grind out welds or other imperfections.
- Use tape measures, speed squares, and overhead cranes.
- Experience with MIG or Flux Core welding on mild and stainless steel.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Pipefitting experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (grinders).
- Knowledge of using a speed square and tape measure.
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus.
- Ability to change weld wire.
- Open to learning new skills and assisting in various shop areas.
- Carpentry experience is beneficial for fabricators.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rittman, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
