Prolink is hiring: Field Services Technician in Florence

Prolink is currently looking for a skilled Field Service Technician in the Florence, Kentucky area to partner with our Engineering client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical phone support on Measurements Product lines.
• Repair in the field at customer sites.
• Understand the basic processes/operations in refineries, chemical plants, and other heavy industries.
• 70% Travel domestically with some international.
• Work with Engineering, Field Service, Production, and Sales departments to provide customer support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, electronic manufacturing, electronic engineering, electronic schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and wiring interconnect drawings.
• Skilled with multimeters, oscilloscopes, electronic assembly, and quality control. Understand how to troubleshoot electronics.
• Experience/familiarity with 4-20 mA outputs, communication protocols, HART Foundation, Fieldbus, RS232, RS485.
• Work with Analog input signals and pulse signals.
