Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual environment
Solid work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
Guest-focused, calm under pressure, high-energy with a positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales
Mentor and coach staff through teaching and genuine care
Develop solid teams guided by empathy and a people-first approach
