Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Description:

Looking to be a part of a great team? We’re now hiring immediately for our Bilingual Customer Service Clerk jobs for a wedding decor company. (This is NOT remote)

Bilingual Customer Service Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Greet all customers into retail showroom
Offer customers help in finding items and direct them to relevant sections of the showroom
Assist customers with product inquiries and suggest additional items that complement their purchases in order to increase sales
Answer and manage incoming calls
Follow company policy to process returns, exchanges, and refunds
Maintain orderly appearance of showroom

Bilingual Customer Service Shift Info

This is not a remote position
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Rotating Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm

Bilingual Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish)
Previous experience in customer support in a retail setting where you have face to face customer interactions
Great personality and ability to establish relationships with customers
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US.
