Job Description:
- Responsible for leading commercial sales activities for the territory by focusing on Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Electrophysiologists, and Interventional Radiologists to promote and sell the companys vascular portfolio.
- Influence stakeholders within the hospital setting, supporting contracting, driving product utilization and growth, market development, relationship development and management.
- Serves as the primary salesperson and owner for sales quota attainment within the territory.
- Support case service and clinical selling activity.
- Drive market development in new product launches and new product segments.
- Meet with potential and current customers to fulfill unit and revenue growth objectives assigned by the company.
- Implement and develop sales strategies by determining relevant factors of potential and existing accounts to promote the companys products to physicians and hospital personnel.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel and facilitate sales growth through the identification of key purchasing decision makers.
- Preparation and submission of reports to sales management by compiling and analyzing data, projections, and relevant information.
Job Details:
- $85,000 base salary
- $160,000 variable/commissions in addition to base salary: $40,000 per quarter uncapped
- $235,000+ at-plan/OTE total compensation year 1

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5+ years of medical sales experience required
- MUST HAVE proof of hitting and exceeding sales quota listed on your resume
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory: Bay Area, North to Eureka, south to Monterey, east to Fairfield
- MUST HAVE COVID-19 vaccination completed
- Must be located within the territory no relocation accepted
