Job Details:

• BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm or flexible schedule
• Join 3 MD's
• Call 1:4 shared between FM providers
• EPIC EMR
• Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan
