Job Title: Grant Accountant (Temp to Hire)
Location: 100% Onsite
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Accountant to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in non-profit grant accounting and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our grant-funded projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Accountant to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in non-profit grant accounting and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our grant-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all financial aspects of grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to grantors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain detailed records of all grant-related financial transactions.
- Collaborate with program managers and other staff to ensure proper allocation and use of grant funds.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for grant proposals and applications.
- Conduct regular audits of grant expenditures to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
- Provide support during grant audits and reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-profit grant accounting.
- Strong knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
