Compensation : $38.46/hr (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead procurement efforts for raw materials and components, aligning purchases with production schedules.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with the materials team to ensure timely deliveries and inventory optimization.
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies and supplier issues proactively.
• Utilize ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred) to manage procurement activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to support product development.

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Proven experience in manufacturing procurement, especially in managing raw materials.
• Strong negotiation skills in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in ERP systems, with preference for Sage X3.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and urgency.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing or 80/20 environments is a plus.
