What will you be doing?
- Month-end close: Ensures month-end closing process of recording journal entries, identifying and explaining variances to budget and forecast, and verifying balance sheet and income statement is performed efficiently, accurately, and on-time
- Record assets, liabilities and expenses: Keep accurate and timely records in accordance with GAAP, company policies and SOX requirements
- Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts within established policies and timelines
- Maintain effective internal control environment: Ensures the maintenance of an effective internal control structure, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts within established policies and timelines
- Support Capital Projects: Manage the accurate and timely approval, creation, tracking and maintenance of capital projects in SAP
- Collaborate internally: Act as key strategic business partner and fixed assets subject matter expert

- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- 3+ years of accounting experience required
- Strong proficiency with Excel required
- Experience in SAP (including G/L, Internal Order and Analytics Cloud) a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Independent thinker, capable of challenging the status quo and initiating process improvement
