Summary:

Serve as the strategic leader and visionary forThrivence's Human Capital consulting practice. Lead client engagements in keyareas, including: Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, LeadershipDevelopment, Leadership Team Development, Workforce Development, EmployeeExperience, Change Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), andDigital Workforce Transformation. Provide high-touch executive advisoryservices, act as a trusted thought partner, offer fractional Human Resourcesleadership, and oversee project team leadership and direct consulting support.Collaborate with Marketing and the Thrivence team to develop thoughtleadership, project methodologies, and marketing collateral, elevatingThrivence's profile as a market leader in Human Capital Strategy. May haveoverall responsibility at the client/account level, providing strategicoversight to client service quality and growth. Lead proposal developmentefforts, including crafting the project approach, managing high-impactproposals, and full ownership of the deal from concept to deliveryand P&L.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Thrivence's point of view and consulting approaches in Human Capital strategy: Organizational Culture |Leadership Development |Talent Acquisition and Retention |Organizational Structure and Development |Executive Team |Effectiveness |Succession Planning and Performance Management |Employee Engagement and Well-being |Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion |Workforce Transformation and Skills Development |Human Capital metrics and dashboarding
  • Advise client executive teams and Boards of Directors on approaches to improving team performance, developing leaders, managing succession, assessing and improving the Human Resources Function.
  • Structure client solutions, and lead engagements from proposal development through execution.
  • Lead clients through complex leadership and people challenges.
  • Stay abreast of market trends regarding workforce and leadership. Engage with relevant professional and industry groups to represent Thrivence.
  • Daily activities include but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and change management.
  • Lead in the execution of the marketing and business development plan for Human Capital consulting; grow the value of client relationships over time.
  • Develop strategy at the account and service line levels.
  • Assist in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.
  • Ensure quality delivery, utilization, and revenue growth goals.
  • Build effective consultant and client teams to accomplish project objectives.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • Proven strategic leadership experience in human capital consulting or enterprise-level HR leadership roles (e.g., CHRO, VP of HR).
  • MBA or other Master's degree in a business-related subject area.
  • AND/OR Bachelor's Degree and 10-20 years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources.
  • Proven experience advising executive teams and leading Human Resources functions.
    Demonstrated success in aligning human capital initiatives with organizational strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in multiple industries preferred; demonstrated ability to translate human capital strategies across industries and businesses.
  • Proven strategic leadership experience in human capital consulting or enterprise-level HR leadership roles (e.g., CHRO, VP of HR).
