Job Description & Requirements Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2137.64 - $2342.30 Pharmacist needed asap Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required o RPH certification from the state of Texas required o 2 years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred) o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred "Required- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Ph.D. Pharm. D. degree" Required- RPH - Pharmacist State of Texas "The pharmacist in this role shall be a licensed practitioner who holds a valid, unrestricted license to conduct clinical activities."
