Description

- Manage and maintain the general ledge, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and client billing

- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with investment teams to track portfolio performance and maintain accurate investment records

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support family office operations

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

- 2-4 years of accounting experience

- 2+ years of Financial Industry experience

- Knowledge and familiarity with accounting systems

- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

- MBA or CPA a Plus
