Job Description
We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a fleet of heavy equipment, including excavators and off-road dump trucks, on site. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair, oil changes, parts replacement, and hydraulic repairs.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators and off-road dump trucks (Brands: Linkbuilt & Liebherr).
- Conduct oil changes, parts replacement, and hydraulic repairs on heavy equipment.
- Document services performed on equipment.
- Notify onsite team once repairs are completed.
- Test machines after repairs are completed.
- Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to perform oil changes and parts inspection.
- Proficiency in working with excavators and dump trucks.
- Possession of basic hand tools.
- No certifications are required but would be a plus.
- Experience with HVAC and diesel engines is advantageous.

Work EnvironmentThe candidate will be working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexibility in shift times is available, with the standard schedule being Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Weekend work is optional, and the candidate must be comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00
