WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Proactively recruit, screen, and hire top-tier sales and acquisitions talent.
Source candidates through social media, referrals, job boards, and networking events.
Conduct interviews that evaluate both skillset and culture fit.
Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
Collaborate with leadership to define recruiting goals and benchmarks.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve strategies.
Sell the vision of Myers Home Buyers and inspire candidates to join our mission.
