Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties including filing invoices, light bookkeeping, and order processing
- Answer and manage 2-3 phone lines with light front desk traffic
- Data entry and document organization
- Use MS Word and Excel for daily office tasks
- Maintain an organized front desk and office space
Qualifications:
- Proficient with email, MS Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for front desk duties
- Dependable with a solid work history
- Punctual, professional, and positive attitude
- Previous office assistant or front desk experience is a plus
