Location: Pinellas Park, FL
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Join our team as an Office Assistant – for a small manufacturing office! If you're highly organized, professional, and skilled in handling office tasks, we want you to support our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • General office duties including filing invoices, light bookkeeping, and order processing
  • Answer and manage 2-3 phone lines with light front desk traffic
  • Data entry and document organization
  • Use MS Word and Excel for daily office tasks
  • Maintain an organized front desk and office space
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with email, MS Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for front desk duties
  • Dependable with a solid work history
  • Punctual, professional, and positive attitude
  • Previous office assistant or front desk experience is a plus
