Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description:
Individuals will be assembling air duct systems. The position requires the use of hand and power tools to assemble custom-ordered air duct systems for projects. Candidates will need to read schematics to determine the assembly of duct systems. The role involves performing product quality checks to ensure edges or siding will not cut or harm the workers. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ pounds daily, with assistance from another employee if the product is heavier.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble air duct systems using hand and power tools.
- Read schematics to determine the assembly process.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure safety.
- Lift 50+ pounds daily, with assistance if needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in various elements, including hot warehouse conditions during the summer.
- Ability to stand on feet for 10-12 hours a day.
- Willingness to work 25-30 hours overtime per week during peak season from September to December.
Work Environment:
Shift starts at 6:30 AM. You are guaranteed 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime. Saturday availability is also required. The work environment can be very hot in the warehouse during the summer, and employees will be on their feet for 10-12 hours a day. The dress code requires appropriate safety gear and comfortable clothing suitable for physical labor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
