TEKsystems is looking to hire several HYBRID CSRs for a large healthcare company out of Austin, TX!

Hours: Must be able to work between 6a-6p (you will not be able to pick your shift, but your manager will), and will be working one weekend every 6 weeks  – 3 days onsite out of the month, typically the first Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and the rest of the month is fully remote.

Must haves:

-              2 years of experience working with medical insurance + call center experience

-              Must have excellent customer service skills and comfortable enough to eventually a certain call volume

-              Strong attention to detail and must be able to multitask, and be computer literate, managing competing priorities, and good attitude overall; team player.

Job description:

  • Will mainly take inbound calls to process PCP change requests, send member ID cards, explain to members how to log into the portal, as well as update member demographics.
  • Report to the Manager of Business Development, you are responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to health insurance in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customer needs, clarifying information and assisting customers in the enrollment process using sales techniques, research, and providing solutions.
  • Maintain records of conversations and results, meeting team and personal qualitative and quantitative targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of insurance sales, open enrollment, retention OR call center and sales experience

Experience with Marketplace enrollment highly preferred

1 – 2 years’ experience in a managed care setting preferred

Bilingual is preferred, but not required

Must have WIFI or ideally, the ability to be plugged in

Health insurance AND Call center = huge plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
