Stone Group of Companies is hiring: Custodian in Spokane

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our office and manufacturing shop. This role involves regular cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas, as well as performing specific tasks to ensure a clean and organized environment. This position will work out of our corporate office in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies and cleaning fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning appliances, and managing trash and recycling
• Ensure common areas, entrances, and stairways are tidy and presentable
• Handle special cleaning assignments, such as deep cleaning, etc
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies as needed

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12am (flexible, 30 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with the ability to follow schedules and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
