Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and tests to verify product conformance.
- Work with set-ups (first piece inspection), parts in process (line inspection), and finished products (final inspections).
- Report conformance discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor.
- Document quality assurance data.
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and interpret blueprints proficiently.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and blueprints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, twist, and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Visual inspection skills.
- Experience with fasteners.
- Experience in quality inspection and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and interpret data from precision measuring tools.

Work EnvironmentThis is a 3rd shift position (11pm - 7am), with training on 1st shift for the first two weeks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
