IT Support Specialist

you will be responsible for providing technical support, both onsite and remotely, to system users within our organization.

Located in Waltham, MA

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary range: $63k-$68k

A Day in the Life...

Provide onsite and remote helpdesk assistance across the company.

Respond to user support requests by phone, chat, or in-person to resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues.

Support onsite meetings and web conferencing

Utilize internal documentation or online information to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions.

Evaluate user's needs, define technical problems and work with team to develop solutions.

Manage workstation and server system backups

Assist senior system engineers in infrastructure maintenance

Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.

About You....

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields

1+ years of IT helpdesk experience

Experienced in support PC and MacBook hardware and peripheral

Experienced in Microsoft Office application suite

Experienced in basic network troubleshooting

Good communication skills

Capable of resolving problems with efficiency
