Role Snapshot Our
ServiceNow Architect
is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is
responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping business requirements from the project team to systems/ technical requirements.
Our Architect will also be required to lead multiple engagements across our organization. As a
ServiceNow Architect
you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, development, workflow design, monitoring, and upgrading of assigned software products. ServiceNow Architect identifies, troubleshoot, and resolves problems and communicates with end users and partners in our organization. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and Non-ITSM (HRSD, SPM, ITOM, SecOps and GRC) technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Salary Range $125,000 ~ $150,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience

Like to work collaboratively in a team, sharing knowledge, receiving feedback, and designing solutions. Share best practices and be consultative throughout the design of projects. Produce a detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements. Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and the utilization of training.
What will I gain from this role? Experience working in a collaborative agile environment to help drive high priority work. Ability to work on entire ServiceNow platform and have a deep understanding of end-to-end operations. Knowledge and experience working with APIs using SOAP or REST. Experience using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality that automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow. Experience working with ServiceNow Scoped Applications. Working in an environment that utilizes the complete Software Development Life Cycle delivering change in ServiceNow that is highly utilized or across the enterprise. Experience working in an environment that serves our Nation's military, veterans, Guard and Reserves and Medicare beneficiaries. Working in a continuous performance feedback environment.
Minimum Qualifications US. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. 5 or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
Preferred Qualifications 8 or more years working in the ServiceNow platform as a developer, administrator, business analyst, or architect. 5 or more years working with access controls, Workflow editor, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI actions, transform maps, and script includes. 5 or more years of experience with a diverse tech stack i.e.: JavaScript, Jelly, SQL, ITIL, HTML, XML. ServiceNow Certifications such as: System Administrator Certification, Certified Implementation Specialist - (CIS-Risk and Compliance, CIS - IT Service Management, ect.), Certified Application Developer - CAD, CSA, CTA. Deep expertise in Client GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance and Exceptions Management. Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001. Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities Should have participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies.

Work Location We offer remote work in the following approved states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin This position will have some quarterly travel to our Madison, WI headquarters, onsite work will be tailored for team cohesion, strategy, planning and collaboration.
