Position Summary We are looking for motivated and skilled Sourcers to help us grow our pipeline of qualified and interested prospective candidates for exciting roles across our footprint.
Your efforts and successes will drive our ability to execute our growth strategy.

Positions will be based in-office in New York City or Denver, or remotely if outside of the New York City or Denver areas.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $65,000 to $80,000.
For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until March 23, 2025
Responsibilities
Quickly learn OVG’s dynamic culture and hiring needs
Partner with Business Development / Sales to understand OVG’s expansion opportunities and the roles needed to attain those targets
Partner with Hiring Managers to learn and understand the key skillsets and personalities needed to successfully fill open roles
Develop sourcing strategies, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as networking within and outside of OVG, and alternative search techniques, to quickly identify high-quality prospective candidates for a wide variety of roles across many functional areas and geographies
Screen profiles and resumes to determine the right potential candidates and right networking targets to contact
Conduct creative and professional outreach in a manner that routinely generates interest and responses
Phone/video screen prospective candidates, and speak with networking targets to establish long-term relationships
Engage and foster relationships with your pipeline at all stages of the sourcing and recruiting process to keep candidates drawn to OVG’s career opportunities.
Create your own “Rolodex” of candidates and networking partners that you can tap into at anytime to bring top talent to the forefront when new hiring opportunities arise.
Understand the world of HR and Talent Acquisition compliance and maintain data integrity at all times.
Collaborate with fellow Sourcers and Recruiters to share leads and candidates
Uncover and recommend new and innovative ways to improve our sourcing capabilities
Qualifications
At least two (2) years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting across a variety of roles
Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing/networking platforms
Experienced at partnering with demanding stakeholders and thriving in a dynamic environment
Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to approach and engage passive candidates, and successfully convert them to interested candidates
Extremely detail oriented
Proven capability of handling multiple roles and projects simultaneously
